WORK PLACE: Gdańsk In this role, you will focus on foundational data labeling tasks, such as dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video formats. Your ability to concentrate, multitask, and maintain strong attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality data. You’ll be part of a diverse team driven by a shared mission to develop practical, impactful innovations based on generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Work with various types of data, including text, speech, audio, image, and video.

Label data accurately using internal tools and guidelines to ensure high-quality outputs.

Strictly maintain confidentiality.

Generate high-quality human insight data across different formats (text, image, video, audio).

Make sound decisions in ambiguous or incomplete situations.

Quickly adapt to shifting task categories and requirements.

Analyze root causes of errors, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements for data quality.

Provide support to the team by clarifying questions related to task execution.

Basic Qualifications

Proficiency in German at C1 level

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at B2 level

Strong business writing skills (e.g., reports, proposals, correspondence)

Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to analyze complex documents
