Opis Stanowiska: Creation, maintenance, and updating supplier master data in systems (D365), ensuring compliance with data governance rules and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data alignment across the organization, Perform data validation and cleansing to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies, Develop and enforce data governance standards and procedures to ensure high data quality and compliance, Monitor data workflows and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of master data requests. Proactively supporting the standardization of MDM practices, proposing process enhancements, and implementing best practices for data governance. Identify process improvement opportunities within the SC organization. Lead or co-lead SC digital transformation initiatives

Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Build automated data pipelines using tools. Wymagania: Min. 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably within D 365 environments. Knowledge of Supplier/Customer Management or Procurement data is a plus Proficiency in and Excel.  Knowledge of MDM platforms is an asset. Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data, identify anomalies, and maintain a solution-oriented approach to data challenges. Proactive approach to optimizing data management practices and contributing to best practice development. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
