Project information: Location: Warsaw (hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day + availability for site visits Languages: Polish & English (B2/C1) Level: Specialist Remuneration: 11 000 - 13 000 PLN gross (depending on experience)   Responsibilities: Advise managers on HSE regulations and minimize occupational riskSupervise safety at renewable energy construction sites (photovoltaics, energy storage) Support project execution by ensuring HSE compliance Conduct HSE training and participate in risk assessments Review fire safety and life protection programs, implementing improvements Maintain documentation of accidents, occupational diseases, and harmful factor assessments Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions Implement HSE requirements for new and existing processes and support managers in applying policies and procedures Requirements: University degree Experience with integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Technical qualifications in occupational health and safety Experience managing safety on construction sites Knowledge of environmental management, including waste management on construction sites Professional proficiency in Polish and English Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams We offer: Participation in innovative renewable energy projects of global significance Private health insurance with Medicover Learning & Development Platform Self-learning English Platform Annual training budget up to €1000 Birthday Day Off
