Project information: Project type: Renewable energy Location: Warsaw (hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Work schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional business trips) Required language: Polish and English (B2/C1) Salary: up to 20,000 PLN gross  Responsibilities: Develop and manage photovoltaic projects from concept to completion Conduct internal research and provide technical support Monitor project schedules Ensure smooth operation of the business unit and adherence to company principles Support audits and implement audit recommendations Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in photovoltaic systems with proven experience in a similar role Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proficiency in dimensioning software (e.g., PVSol) and AutoCAD (mandatory) Building license to design and manage electrical and power installations without restrictions Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills Excellent communication skills in Polish and English Proficiency in MS Office and ability to analyze documents according to legal requirements Attention to detail in a dynamic environment, ability to coordinate data, and build interdepartmental relationships We offer: Participation in innovative renewable energy projects of global significance Private health insurance with Medicover Learning & Development Platform Self-learning English Platform Annual training budget up to €1000 Birthday Day Off
