As an Administrative Assistant Learning, you ensure that each employee receives the appropriate qualification programs. You support the implementation and smooth execution of these programs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all administrative processes related to internal and external training sessions Register participants, communicate with training providers, and distribute necessary documents to participants Advise employees on potential training providers for requested courses Handle and track the complete ordering process within the budget in close cooperation with the Purchasing Department Prepare and process purchase order requests and ensure accurate invoicing after training sessions Send training invitations and updates to employees, managers, and training responsibles, ensuring timely communication regarding changes or cancellations Process attendance lists in SAP Veranstaltungsmanagement and assign employees the correct qualifications Act as the first point of contact for questions related to registration procedures, while forwarding individual learning requests to the Training Department in Bremen Support the Training Department in Bremen by ensuring smooth reception of trainers and proper preparation of training rooms on-site Requirements: Affinity with training administration Experience in a similar position is a plus Strong organizational and administrative talent to ensure accurate and accessible records Proactive and approachable attitude, serving as a reliable point of contact for employees and partners Keen attention to detail with the ability to set priorities and process information flawlessly Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2) Proficiency in SAP (Veranstaltungs- und Qualifizierungsmanagement, ACE Production) Proficiency in Microsoft Office About UsArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
