We are looking for a Lead Marketing Specialist to join our internal marketing team!You’ll be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business objectives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, experimenting with new ideas, and delivering measurable results.Your responsibilities Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across social media, paid campaigns, email, and content marketing Manage end-to-end campaign execution – from planning and budgeting to performance analysis Collaborate with Sales and Business Unit teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Conduct market research and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities Plan and execute growth hacking experiments to optimize lead generation Create engaging marketing content for the website, emails, and social media Supervise the creation of landing pages, case studies, and online events Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing Proven experience in lead generation campaigns and digital strategy Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Excellent command of Polish and English (C1 level) Great copywriting and storytelling skills Analytical mindset and data-driven approach Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice to have Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools Knowledge of SEO and marketing automation Experience in organizing online or hybrid events What we offer Ambitious, creative, talented & highly experienced team Contributing to projects for clients all over the world Flexible working hours Private health insurance, MultiSport Card, HearMe platform and other goodies.
