Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Providing information on products and their functionality. Entering requests into the system.  Our requirements: 💎​ Portuguese in Portuguese (Native-must have). Excellent command of English (B1/B2). Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 10:00-21:00.
