Information about the project:Industry: energeticsLocation: fully remoteRate: up to 200 pln/h net + VAT, B2BContract: B2B, long-term cooperationSummary:The SAP Project Manager role focuses on overseeing the management of multiple projects involving SAP data migrations and analytics development, while also addressing user authorization issues within the system.Main Responsibilities: Project planning, preparing necessary documents (milestone planning, scheduling, cost estimates) Tracking project progress and preparing status reports Holding status meetings with stakeholders Managing project deliverables and timelines Resolve assigned tickets by checking relevant systems for role-based authorizations configuration errors Identify incomplete authorization requests and initiate changes to correct configurations to IT and P&C Ensure initiated changes within the end-to-end process Key Requirements Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 5-8 years of extensive experience in a Payroll and Administration/Role Based Permission environment Relevant stakeholder management experience Experience in international project management Expert knowledge of international Role Based Permission processes Profound IT skills in SAP HCM and MS Office Fluent in English language Ability to transfer business process requirements into IT system requirements Ability to monitor relevant role-based permissions issues
