Actively looking for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. Conducting phone screenings and verifying candidates' skills. Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates. Working closely with the Recruitment Team and other Departments. Ensuring a positive candidate experience. Creating and publishing job advertisements.  Conducting onboarding processes for new employees. Handling offboarding procedures for departing employees. Preparing employment contracts Our requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. Familiarity with sourcing tools and candidate search techniques. Strong knowledge of the IT market and various technologies. Ability to conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates' competencies. Communicative English. Independence, proactivity, and good communication skills. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work comfortably in a dynamic environment.
