Job requirementsWhat we’re looking for: 7–10 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a Head or Lead role in a 150–500 FTE organisation Proven experience in product tech or e-commerce, with comparable pace and complexity Strong understanding of Polish labour law and experience managing multi-country operations in the EU Hands-on experience running performance and compensation cycles end-to-end Proven track record of implementing ATS and HRIS systems and designing HR processes Solid people analytics skills, fluent in working with data (advanced Excel/Sheets) Fluent English (C1) and Polish (spoken and written) High business maturity and the ability to partner effectively with executives A change leader mindset – someone who can connect strategy with empathy and action Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
