Location: Warsaw, Poland (on-site, full-time) At Godel, we bring talented people together across countries and time zones. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant to join our Warsaw office and help coordinate business trips, team reunions, and visits between our offices and clients. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are detail-oriented, and love helping people, this role is a great opportunity to grow within an international company.  Responsibilities Travel Coordination Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, clients, and guests (flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, etc.). Provide full visa support and prepare necessary travel documentation. Manage business trips to and within the UK, Poland, and other Godel locations. Support planning for team reunions, client visits, and internal meetings. Maintain travel records and provide reporting when needed. Be available 24/7 when occasionally required to assist and quickly respond to travel-related emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, cancellations). Administrative Support Provide administrative support for the team and management. Assist with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Office Process Support Provide general assistance with office-related tasks and daily operations. Step in to perform basic office management duties when required (supplies, deliveries, workplace setup, vendor coordination).   Requirements Russian – C1, English – B2, Polish – B1 Excellent communication and organizational skills Confident computer user (MS Office, Google Workspace, travel booking tools) Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to multitask Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Previous experience in hospitality or travel coordination is a plus Willingness to learn and grow — prior experience is not required, training will be provided Availability to work full-time, on-site in our Warsaw office  We offer Opportunity to learn and develop in an international environment Supportive and friendly team Modern office in Warsaw Involvement in various types of travel arrangements — from business visits to company events A role with real impact on people’s experience and operations at Godel
