Project type: Renewable energy (photovoltaics, energy storage)Location: Warsaw (hybrid work: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)Work schedule: Monday to Friday (willingness to travel for business)Required language: Polish and English (B2/C1)Salary: up to 23,000 PLN gross  Responsibilities: Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals, collaborating with management to execute the operational vision Overseeing and coordinating projects, including multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and balancing priorities Managing project resources and budgets, controlling expenses, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource utilization to ensure timely delivery and high quality Monitoring project performance, analyzing KPIs, addressing deviations, and implementing corrective actions Identifying project, HSE, and environmental risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of safety and risk awareness within teams Ensuring project compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards, and implementing process improvements based on lessons learned Collaborating with internal departments, external partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, while reporting project progress and communicating with all stakeholders Requirements: Experience in B2B sales, preferably in photovoltaics or renewable energy Strong organizational and team management skills, including planning, motivating, supporting, and evaluating team performance Effective time management for self and team, with strategic thinking and negotiation abilities Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and solutions (photovoltaics, energy storage) Analytical skills and proficiency in CRM, Power BI, and analytical systems Professional proficiency in Polish and English Willingness to travel We offer: Participation in innovative renewable energy projects of global significance Private health insurance with Medicover Learning & Development Platform Self-learning English Platform Annual training budget up to €1000 Birthday Day Off
