Requirements: Fluency in German C1 – You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers. Knowledge of English at B2 level for communication in the team and during training. Openness and strong communication skills – Your approach to customers will help them feel comfortable and understood. Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills – We emphasize growth and a desire to learn. Optional Technical knowledge – This will help in solving daily challenges, but it's not required at the start – we will teach you everything!
