Responsibilities: Design and architect Account Engagement (Pardot) solutions aligned with client business goals and Salesforce ecosystem strategy. Lead end-to-end implementations and large-scale enhancements, including data models, automation flows, scoring/grading frameworks, and lead lifecycle design. Build and optimize Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, and integrations. Define governance, standards, and best practices for Pardot configuration, campaign structure, naming conventions, and reporting. Partner with Salesforce teams on technical integration, data sync, API usage, and platform alignment. Conduct technical audits, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee solution quality. Advise clients on marketing automation strategy, campaign optimization, and adoption of new Pardot features. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and marketing operations teams. Requirements: 5+ years of experience working with Pardot / Account Engagement in technical or architect-level roles. Deep expertise in Pardot configuration, automation, lead management, and best practices. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot–Salesforce integrations. Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures across multi-cloud environments. Hands on experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, and reporting. Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate business needs into technical    solutions. Pardot Consultant or Pardot Specialist certifications required; Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Architect certifications are a strong plus. We offer: Participation in interesting and demanding projects.
