At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or financial domain, nice to have experience with Cards Chargeback, Collections and Fraud operations, Fluent in English and German, Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Commerce/Business/Finance/Accounting related field), Good skills in reasoning and analytical thinking, Strong knowledge on MS Office tools
