At least 3 years of experience in a Requirements Engineer or similar role, Solid understanding of RF systems and radio technologies (4G/5G), Experience in creating clear and structured functional/system specifications, Knowledge of embedded systems, especially telecom hardware/software, Ability to decompose complex problems into clear, technical solutions, Strong teamwork and communication skills across cross-functional teams, Fluency in English, both spoken and written, Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required
