Qualifications and Education Requirements, 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in automotive or international consumer brands, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, Experience managing multi-country or regional marketing activities, Strong hands-on experience with campaign execution and brand management, Experience working with international HQ or matrix organizations, Strong analytical and communication skills, Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Fluent English, High level of flexibility and understanding of multicultural work environment, Experience in CEE and/or Baltic markets, Automotive or mobility industry background, Experience in fast-growing organizations
