As a Recruiter at BCOE, you will play a supporting role for local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for our organization. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a smooth and positive application experience. Key Responsibilities: Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling Discuss contract proposals, prepare contract documents, and organize contract signing Maintain accurate documentation and monitor recruitment processes meticulously Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, creating a welcoming and empathetic experience throughout the hiring journey  Requirements: Degree or vocational training in HR, administration, or a related field is an advantage 2–3 years of experience in a similar recruitment position Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and social media platforms Confident user of digital recruitment tools and platforms Ability to empathize with candidates and understand their perspectives Strong attention to detail, with an accurate and structured approach to work Excellent communication skills in German and English (at leastB2) About UsArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
