Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

What you will do: you will work as a staff member of the Student Services Department team. Primarily responsible for providing daily recreational and leisure time that is physically challenging, educational, and constructive. The Recreation Manager reports to the Clinical Director.

To Be Considered You Should Process

• BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with one to three years' experience.
• Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
• Leadership ability necessary to instill high standard, positive attitudes by staff and students.
• 4.Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
