Your responsibilities:
Main contact for quality-related issues within Supply Chain Management Germany
Conducting operational-level investigations within the internal Supply Chain Quality Scope
Defining corrective actions in collaboration with the SO Supply Officer, SCQM Supply Chain Quality Manager, Quality Manager and suppliers
Managing nonconformities within the supply chain, including containment, corrective and preventive actions, and handling customer complaints
Working with the SCQM Supply Chain Quality Manager and supporting root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and improvements
Defining, creating, and modifying the required quality inspection plans for incoming inspection
Participation in SQCDP and practical problem solving committees at the plant and operational level
Internal consultant on relevant quality aspects
Management of quality requirements for material master data in SAP (e.g., quality info records, Q-texts) required for supply management (e.g., certificate definitions for suppliers)
Preparation of reports on the current quality situation, development of relevant KPIs (OQD, SNCR)
Evaluation of existing data/processes and definition of necessary improvement projects or improvement measures in collaboration with the customer/SCQM for suppliers
Participation in national/international improvement and prevention projects to increase the supply chain and customer satisfaction (e.g., PMT BMS Docs, etc.)
Management of local internal supply chain quality processes and procedures
Your profile:
Completed studies in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
Solid Experience in production, quality, project management or a related discipline
Good technical understanding (process and quality)
Experience in handling of practical problem-solving and continuous improvement (PPS, 5Why)
Initial experience in project management
Aviation experience is desirable
Knowledge of quality management standards (EN9100) is needed and knowledge in aviation law (Part 21/145) is an advantage
Excellent knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
High proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
Training measures suiting your tasks and activities
Up to 30 days of annual leave
