3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Experience testing e-commerce platforms (even better if it’s Magento 2), Solid understanding of QA best practices and methodologies, Previous experience with test automation tools, Experience testing integrations, checkout flows, and payment systems, Ability to create and experience in creating clear and structured test documentation, Experience using AI-powered tools in QA and testing workflows, or a strong interest in actively leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency and quality, Good communication skills and confidence in working with cross-functional teams with Development Team and Project Management Team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Polish is a strong plus), A high level of self organization, independence and confidence, Attention to detail and precision, Can-do attitude, Polish fluency, Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), Knowledge of Accessibility testing (WCAG), Familiarity with test monitoring / synthetic monitoring, ISTQB certification, Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), Understanding of agile and Scrum workflows, Experience with test case management, testing automation, and other related development tools and platforms such as TestMonitor / BrowserStack / PlayWright / Selenium / AWS / Zapier / PostMan
