For over 9 years, we’ve been developing innovative AI-driven products such as InfraSenses and SolarSpy — not just using ready-made tools, but also building machine learning models from scratch.We are looking for a QA Engineer to support AI and GenAI solution testing for our insurance industry client. The role requires prior QA experience, basic exposure to GenAI output validation, and an understanding of insurance domain processes.Key Responsibilities: Create and execute test cases based on functional and user story requirements Perform manual and semi-automated testing of GenAI-based features Validate model outputs, UI behaviour, and end-to-end flows Log, track, and manage defects through resolution Coordinate with developers, product managers, and business analysts Support UAT and production readiness validation Visit to the client’s office in Kraków once a month What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of QA experience in web/API-based applications Understanding of insurance domain (preferably in underwriting/claims) Exposure to testing GenAI model outputs and prompts Experience with QA tools ADO, JIRA, Postman, Selenium Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork skills Comfort working in agile sprints and fast-paced deliveries What We Offer: The opportunity to work on interesting and innovative projects for a client in the insurance industry A chance to grow under the guidance of experienced QA and software engineering professionals A training budget to support your technical and professional development Private medical care and co-financing of a sports card Flexible working hours and the option to work fully remotely
