How you'll make an impact

• Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.
• Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
• Conduct software testing, including automated tests, performance testing, and manual testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.
• Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing.
• Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.
• Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.

Requirements

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio, NUnit, TestNG, and programming languages such as C#.
• Familiarity with Distribution, Energy, Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with .Net and desktop applications
• Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing is an advantage.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
