Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a passionate detail-oriented, and highly organized Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic PR team in New York City. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will embrace the opportunity to support the PR team, both Men's and Women's with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as they relate to analytics and reporting for the Americas.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Support the PR team with a strong focus on analytics, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and track press clippings across diverse categories, including fashion, corporate, beauty, celebrity, and influencer coverage.
• Manage DMR rankings, analysis, and reports, including generating weekly and monthly rankings and providing comprehensive competitive and brand analysis across print, web, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international communications team members to develop impactful internal and external reports and presentations (e.g., Share of Voice analysis, Editorial Briefings, Weekly Press Recaps, Show and Event Reporting).
• Maintain and update communications department contact lists and the magazine archive for all public relations functions.
• Provide invaluable support for brand image events and press days as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for key reporting and analytics tools, including DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma.

Profile

We are eager to speak to individuals with 1+ years of experience in public relations and/or administrative roles. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and conveying messages effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with industry-specific tools such as DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, service-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range of USD $23-$25/hour, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
