📍 Location: Remote🕒 Role Type: Contract💰 Rate: up to 220 PLN/hour 🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP MDG solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project governance with deep SAP MDG expertise and excels in coordinating cross-functional, global teams.You will play a key role in delivering a scalable, high-quality master data governance framework while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of SAP MDG projects: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercareOwn project governance: plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication strategiesDrive master data governance strategy (data models, workflows, validation rules, ownership)Run business workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process designManage cross-functional teams (SAP functional consultants, developers, data architects, integration teams)Oversee SAP MDG configuration, workflows (BRF+), UI modeling, replication, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systemsLead data migration activities: strategy, cleansing, validation, and cutoverEnsure delivery in line with SAP Activate / Agile methodologies and PMO standardsMaintain stakeholder alignment via Steering Committees and leadership updatesEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standardsSupport user training, change management, and knowledge transfer Required Skills & Experience8–15+ years of overall IT experience10+ years of Project Management experience5+ years managing SAP MDG programsStrong expertise in MDG domains: Material, BP/Customer/Vendor, Finance, EAM (as applicable)Hands-on understanding of MDG data models, workflows, BRF+, UI modeling, and data replicationExperience in global, multi-country SAP implementationsStrong knowledge of MDM/MDG frameworks and data quality managementFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA, BODS/SLT, Information Steward, and migration toolsPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively in complex, matrixed global environmentsHigh ownership, accountability, and structured delivery mindset
