Introduction

We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/x) to join our Operations Team, that is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing processes for AUTO1 at an international scale in our AUTO1 Group Operations Department. In this Department we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com**.**

Your tasks

• Lead international projects, optimizing business processes and identify growth opportunities across diverse markets
• Define, implement, and monitor process improvements, specifying requirements for both immediate and strategic solutions
• Coordinate with EU-wide Operations teams, supporting collaboration and alignment on targets and best practices
• Design and execute high-impact business initiatives, taking ownership from conception through implementation
• Participate in multi-departmental and international strategy meetings to assess results and set future goals
• Create and analyze reports to track Operations KPIs, delivering actionable insights for performance optimization

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years experience in project management or management consulting, preferably in dynamic or international environments
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
