Higher education – technical degree preferred (Automation and Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar), 2+ years of experience in independently managing projects related to new product implementation and/or change projects, Ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent organizational skills, Very good command of English (minimum B1); German language is an advantage, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work in a team, build relationships, and motivate team members while ensuring task execution, Problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement of own and team performance, Goal-oriented approach, Ability to work under time pressure, Willingness to travel internationally, Ability to work in an international environment, Please attach your CV in English
