4+ years of professional experience in providing IT system solutions for consumers in area of e-Commerce, CRM, direct sales, leads management, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Business Administration/ Management / IT / or similar, Stakeholders and vendor management skills, Experience in project management (preferably Agile and Waterfall), Knowledge of cloud-based solution architecture principles (preferably AWS), Knowledge of basic security principles and practices in an IT environment, Knowledge of application support (SLA, escalations, KPIs) and problem management (analyzing incidents patterns and implementing preventive measures and solutions), Basic knowledge of projects budgeting (Capex/Opex), Problem solving skills, based data driven mind-set, genuinely interested in digital innovations and trends, Strong ability to address business challenges and opportunities with customer focus, Well-developed communication and collaboration skills, Fluent English and Polish in writing & speaking, Useful application knowledge: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP LeanIX
