Higher education, Project management skills and experience (at least 3 years): requirements identification, prioritization, structuration, planification, change management, ability to coordinate various stakeholders to achieve results, Effective communication in English – able to present requirements and policies and gain buy-in, French and/or Polish proficiency would be a nice to have, Understanding of data quality, and Data Governance processes and principles, Understanding of GLBA or wholesale activities, Adaptability and ability to review priorities depending on evolution of the context or department, Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions, Ability to maintain high standards of quality and deliver projects on time
