Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment (preferably in electronics)., Higher technical education in electronics, automation, or optics., Hands-on experience with advanced technologies and production automation., Strong leadership and team management skills., Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English., Knowledge of quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, CE, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001)., Proven project management experience in production environments., Proficiency in LEAN tools and continuous improvement methodologies., Experience in international work environments., Familiarity with Polish industrial safety regulations and ergonomic principles., Proficiency in MS Office and MRP/ERP systems., Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
