5+ years of rof relevant experience working for an airline or an airline IT solution provider​., Solid hands-on knowledge of airline processes, in particular Codeshare Management and Schedule Distribution., Good understanding of IATA standards (especially SSIM) and related industry tools (e.g. SchedConnect or comparable solutions)., Experience working with complex IT systems, including configuration and customer-specific adaptations., Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international environment., Strong customer-oriented mindset combined with analytical and problem-solving skills., Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus., Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to multicultural environments., Willingness to travel internationally and support sales or consulting activities when required., Willingness to work from the office in Gdańsk twice a week.
