Minimum 5 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC, or GBS environments;, english proficiency at B2+ level;, experience in process driven roles (Process SME, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation);, proactivity, curiosity, and strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and take the lead in cross functional, global initiatives;, ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders;, working knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies;, advanced SAP expertise, particularly S/4HANA and CRM ideally as an SAP Key User in financial areas;, capability to define, track, and monitor O2C KPIs (e.g. DSO, cash collection efficiency);, experience using Power BI and reporting / visualization tools to support data driven analysis and business cases.
