Wymagania
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain; MBA or Master’s preferred., 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or Planning Management; medical device experience a plus., Expertise in supply chain planning systems (SAP IBP/SNP, Oracle ASCP, Demantra, APO) and advanced Excel skills., Strong financial acumen and ability to connect planning decisions to business outcomes., 2+ years of S&OP/IBP experience, with proven success influencing across global, matrixed organizations., APICS certification preferred; international experience strongly desired., Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
