Your responsibilities

• Working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Gaining hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP system)
• Collaborating with teams from procurement, finance and operations
• Entering, analyzing and verifying vendor master data
• Exploring AI tools that support smarter data management
• Using Power BI to visualize procurement data
• Supporting the optimization of data processes on a global scale
• Assistance with reviewing and analyzing documents and procedures

Our requirements

• Student of the last year: Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, International economic relations, Management, Computer Science and econometrics.
• Good English: both in chat and prose,
• Experienced in MS Office, experience with additional tools is a plus,
• Team player with communication skills - ready to proactively lead or follow.
• Proactive person with initiative
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking skills and accuracy
