Your responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned portfolio of counterparties in line with the credit risk policy
• Execute counterparty credit analysis, including assigning ratings and credit limits
• Implement credit policy by entering, verifying, and accepting agreements in the system
• Conduct annual credit reviews, including financial analysis and updating ratings and limits
• Manage the daily collateral process (margining), including exposure verification, payment requests, and counterparty communication
• Handle and manage the automated rating process for the SME area
• Support and mentor less experienced team members

Our requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in credit risk, preferably in banking, trading, or consulting
• Familiarity with credit risk modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Effective communication skills in English and Polish
• Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
• Project management experience is a plus
