Paid Internship in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering

Employment based in Switzerland at Cemex Innovation Holding ag, Brügg BE;

Yearly internship program from February 2026 till January 2027

Position purpose

Participate in collaborations within our multidisciplinary and multicultural Global R&D team to leverage the strength of Cemex technology across many different client-based arenas to produce Techno-Commercial concepts, ideas and prototypes that will conceptually contribute to establishing Business Development & Marketing cases for Cemex value product proposition solutions

Activities

• Preparing and maintaining technical collaterals (product application/ deployment briefs, case studies, slide decks),
• Building business cases that clearly describe our solutions value propositions,
• Conducting market analyses (size, segmentation, competitor benchmarks, pricing signals),
• Planning and helping to execute customer events, demos, and webinars.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of spoken and written English at least B2 level,
• Student status/ PhD student status,
• Education in the field of Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering,
• Ability to work in diverse teams,
• Documents required for application: Personal CV, personal letter of motivation,
• Documents nice to have: professor’s letter of recommendation, validation of English fluency.
