The European Border and Coast Guard Agency supports EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in the management of the EU's external borders and the fight against cross-border crime.Our expectations:Bachelor’s degree (Engineer level) or higher, preferably in IT or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of IT professional and project experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint-specific toolsExperience in preparing and maintaining system and project documentationProficiency in MS Office, with basic knowledge of ICT concepts, data manipulation tools, and scriptingStrong attention to detail, systematic approach, and service-oriented attitude focused on qualityEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 levelKey tasks:Prepare, maintain, and distribute system and project documentation in line with applicable procedures and standardsRegister, manage, and archive formal documents in electronic document management systemsProvide operational support to users of software systems, in accordance with established service guidelinesManage correspondence and ensure accurate record-keepingProduce reports and maintain databases based on paper and electronic sourcesSupport system testing activities and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data in electronic repositories
