We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Pega Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager.Your duties will include: Facilitate workshops to capture business goals, customer journeys, and personalization needsDocument functional requirements including eligibility, suitability, engagement policies, arbitration outcomes, and treatment logicTranslate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaPartner with architects to define CDH action structures, strategy logic, and data requirementsProduce functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and interface designsValidate proposed solutions with business and technology stakeholdersDevelop UAT plans, scenarios, and test data aligned with business rulesSupport testers and business users during acceptance testingFacilitate issue triage and requirement refinementsMaintain requirements traceability and post-implementation reference materialsProvide functional support for production issues and enhancements Requirements that must be met:5–8 years of business analysis experience in technology or CRM/MarTech environmentsStrong experience documenting functional requirements and process flowsKnowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and user-centered designExcellent communication and facilitation skillsFluent German and English Experience with Pega CDH or other decisioning/marketing platforms - nice to haveSQL knowledge helpfulWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
