Your future companyWe are recruiting on behalf of our client – a leading international consulting and business services organization – for the position of Payroll Team Manager. This is a people-focused managerial role, responsible for leading and developing a team, driving performance, and managing relationships with demanding clients in a dynamic, international environment.Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager (mandatory) Experience managing distributed teams of 10+ members Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding client situations Experience in a dynamic, international work environment Strong leadership skills, including team motivation, decision-making, and driving results Fluent in English and Polish (work primarily in English) Experience in payroll, HR, outsourcing and operational management Knowledge of HR or payroll data and processes Experience in corporate or shared services environments  Familiarity with ERP or payroll systems Responsibilities Lead, engage, and develop a team of 11+ professionals in a hybrid and remote setting Organize and prioritize team work, monitor productivity, capacity, and adherence to schedules Support performance management and people development initiatives Ensure operational processes are executed efficiently and according to agreed standards Monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with clients and support the team in managing expectations Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans Work collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion The offer Stable employment with a clear path to a permanent contract Competitive salary + 10% annual bonus Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment Real impact on shaping team structure and operational processes Hybrid work model and flexible work arrangements
