3–5 years of experience in the payments industry and a solid background in financial or payment services., Deep expertise in managing and optimizing payment processes — ensuring efficient, accurate, and secure transaction flows., Strong project management skills and the ability to independently lead initiatives expanding the Allegro Finance portfolio., Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills for managing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders such as banks, Visa, Mastercard, BLIK and payment processors., A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and payment security — plus the ability to design strategies that effectively reduce risk and strengthen system safety., Creativity and a proactive, innovative approach to identifying automation and process-improvement opportunities., Strong self-organization skills, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-threaded environment., Prior background in payment card acceptance, issuing, or processing would be beneficial!, A customer-centric mindset — knowing that reliable, seamless payments directly shape the user experience., Fluent Polish and English (minimum C1, spoken and written) essential for working with international partners, financial institutions, and internal teams.
