Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an operational role, including hands-on management of production or operations, preferably in an international manufacturing environment., Higher technical education (preferred: production, engineering, management)., Proven experience in production relocation, transfers, and new product/process launches., Strong understanding of modern production management and process optimization methods., Knowledge of ISO 9001 and health & safety regulations., Excellent command of English and Polish., Ability to analyze data and work with ERP/MRP systems., Experience in team management, employee development, and training., Change management skills and ability to lead organizational change effectively., Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with a problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.
