This role oversees teams, fleets, third-party-logistics, warehouses, and charging infrastructure to meet consumer demand. By driving efficiency, optimizing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions, the manager balances cost reduction with revenue growth, playing a key role in scaling the business sustainably. THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT Manage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly Increase utilization of e-scooters by keeping our fleet in a good technical condition and on proper spots so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all time Ensure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter) Proactively work to boost demand and solve any data and operational problems within the cluster Seek out potential local operators who can partner with Dott and perform operational tasks in other cities  Taking action to partner with a local operator, sign a partnership agreement and introduce them (Onboarding) to their duties. Managing our operating partners (contact person, helping to solve problems and achieve better results, enforcing the contract, etc.). Support marketing efforts in subordinate cities and build strategic partnerships. Perform necessary activities in accordance with Dott standards and procedures to successfully launch new cities. Support the receipt and return processes for scooter infrastructure and scooters with M&R Manager.
