Wymagania

University degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Digital, or a related field)., Minimum 5 years of experience in Omnichannel/Digital roles within companies or agencies/consulting firms., Strong skills in omnichannel campaign management, data analysis, KPI setting, and customer profiling., Advanced MS Office (MS Excel and PowerBI) skills and solid CRM knowledge., Passion for Digital Marketing combined with a proactive, “can-do” mindset., Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations., Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including experience facilitating workshops., Advanced English., Nice to have: experience in the medical industry.
