About the Company

Expertyco is a boutique of luxury Swiss watches located in Warsaw, working with the world’s most prestigious brands — Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and others. We deal with both new and pre-owned models, ensuring full authentication, confidentiality, and a personalized client experience. Our showroom operates by private appointment only, serving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

Responsibilities

  • Actively search for and attract new clients within the HNW/UHNW segment.

  • Build and expand networks through business clubs, private bankers, and exclusive events.

  • Present luxury watches, provide expert consultation, and close sales.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to payment, delivery, and documentation.

  • Maintain CRM discipline: track communication, follow-ups, trade-ins, and upgrades.

  • Participate in luxury events, collaborations, and private showcases with partners in art, cars, and lifestyle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-ticket / luxury / investment sales (e.g., watches, jewelry, cars, real estate).

  • Strong cold outreach and persuasive presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication with premium and executive clients.

  • Basic understanding of luxury watch brands and pre-owned market dynamics.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales documentation.

  • Residence in Warsaw is mandatory.

  • Ukrainian or Russian — required for client communication.

  • Polish or English — conversational/professional level.

  • Existing premium client base or access to private networks and business clubs.

  • Experience participating in watch auctions or private collections.
