WHAT’S THE JOB?

We’re looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our Polish team. You’ll help clients bring their ideas to life — from first contact to final delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for questions, planning, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll also get trained at our HQ in Antwerp (Belgium). We’ll cover your stay, so no worries there.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We don’t care if you’ve never worked in this sector before. We’re not chasing sales sharks or future managers. We want smart, proactive people who get stuff done and love solving problems.

You’re:

• Fluent in Polish & English

• Organised and independent (you don’t need a PA to do your job)

• Commercially curious and admin-savvy

• A starter? Cool. Got relevant student job experience? Even better.

• Not afraid to learn and take initiative
