Your expertise will help enhance the overall efficiency of the office, contributing to our continued success in providing exceptional administrative and organizational support. We expect candidates to be located in Gdansk.Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of our office in Gdansk Contact with external suppliers, including building administration Close cooperation with the Headquarters Supporting Administration Team Help with onboarding organization Making sure that all supplies and materials are available Office documentation handling Assist with the relocation process Any other office operations Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant (at least 1 year) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Strong command of Polish and English (B2 level)
