Role Overview

You will work as part of a small, cross-functional Agile team responsible for enhancing and maintaining a complex system composed of multiple microservices. These modules are tightly interconnected, which means your work may involve updates across several areas of the system.

Close collaboration will be essential, as the team works directly with customer representatives and maintains a strong communication culture.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop and enhance backend functionalities using Core Java.
2. Support and modify modules within a microservices-based architecture.
3. Implement changes across interconnected system components when required.
4. Collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional team together with customer representatives.
5. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
6. Join the team once per week in the Wrocław office (preferred) to foster team alignment.
