  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong command of Polish and English (B2 level)

In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your expertise will help enhance the overall efficiency of the office, contributing to our continued success in providing exceptional administrative and organizational support.

We expect candidates to be located in Gdansk.

Your responsibilities

  1. Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of our office in Gdansk
  2. Contact with external suppliers, including building administration
  3. Close cooperation with the Headquarters
  4. Supporting Administration Team
  5. Help with onboarding organization
  6. Making sure that all supplies and materials are available
