Requirements description

• 4+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital media, SaaS, or audience-driven products.
• A proven record of scaling a digital product from 1 M → 20 M + users or subscribers.
• Experience designing habit-forming systems and retention-driven growth.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills - data is your playground.
• Ability to work fluidly with content, design, and development teams.
• Strategic yet hands-on mindset, comfortable iterating fast and owning outcomes.
• Excellent English (C1 +).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence working directly with the CEO.

Your Role

We’re seeking a senior, high-impact Product Manager to take full ownership of our modern digital media platform - a fast-growing brand with substantial revenue, a loyal readership, and massive expansion potential.

We already have the foundation, audience, and a unique “cheat code” for subscriber growth that no competitor can match. Now we need someone exceptional to turn it into a habit-forming daily media product people can’t start their day without.

Your responsibilities

1. Own the entire product lifecycle - from vision and strategy to execution and iteration.
2. Use data and insights to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
3. Analyze product performance to find growth levers and eliminate drop-offs.
4. Collaborate with design, engineering, and editorial to deliver impactful improvements.
5. Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a focus on growth loops, retention, and monetization.
6. Communicate directly with the CEO through daily updates and strategic sessions.
