TPRM and VRM experience of 4+ years
Experience in managing/ assessing risks for Network Infrastructure, MPLS and/or Circuit providers is an asset.
Degree level education or equivalent
Business English language with familiarity of legal and tech vocabulary
Familiarity with technology service delivery models and understanding legal agreements interpretation
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities, strong depth and breadth of technology knowledge, with direct experience of Telecommunications Services will be an asset
Effective stakeholder management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships, and collaborating directly with a variety of vendors, customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority (technical, business, development, compliance, etc.) regularly using this network to engage on issue resolution; proven ability to articulate complex and technical issues concisely, suitable for all levels across the HSBC group
Intuitive and able to troubleshoot issues and problems as they occur, being the driving force of solutions; gravitas and ability to interact with senior business management and vendors
Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules and workloads; respectful of different cultures, and experience of working with colleagues from across the globe as part of a global team

IT Operations manages the IT infrastructure and supporting services that are critical for HSBC employees and customers, such as cost-efficient hardware, system software, middleware and databases, Data Centres, Voice and Data networks, Cloud & External Infrastructure services, ATMs, Desktops and other devices. Within Chief Technology Office, Connectivity provides services covering networks, security and contact centre. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Third Party Engagement Manager for our Global Business Function
